About Centrifugal Pump:

A Centrifugal Pump is a machine which used for the transfiguration of rotational kinetic energy to the hydrodynamic energy of the fluid flow. Centrifugal pump consists of an impeller, a sheath, and an erection of mechanical components which enable for the impeller to rotate within the Sheath. The impeller rotates rapidly transmit the velocity to a liquid, by the help of sheath velocity converted into pressure and flow. A centrifugal fan is mostly used as appliance like vacuum cleaner. The reverse function of the centrifugal pump is a water turbine which converting the potential energy of water pressure into mechanical rotational energy.

About Submersible Pump:

A Submersible Pump is a machine which has a hermetically sealed motor connected with the pump body. It is also known as an electric submersible pump (ESP) is submerged in water fluids. Submersible water pumps are durable, performing well and design with quarter-turn valve which prevents pump cavitations acclivity between pump and fluid surface. ESP pushes water to the surface by converting rotary energy into kinetic energy into pressure energy.

Configuration & Mechanism of Submersible Pump:

Electrical submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal pumps operating in vertical position which is accelerated by the impeller; lose their kinetic energy in the diffuser where transfiguration of kinetic to pressure energy takes place. This is the main operational mechanism of Radial and mixed flow of pumps. ESP pumps are very powerful because of consumption of pump’s energy.
